She is the author of twelve international best selling sugarcraft titles, some which are reproduced in several languages. There are also three very successful DVDs covering the complete Maisie-licious modelling package.
Currently one of a handful of cake designers in the world who are part of the exclusive club of “The professional voices of “Massa Ticino sugarpaste” by Carma of Switzerland, a company from the famous producers of Callebaut Chocolate.
Based in Stoke on Trent UK, her fans travel across the globe to be taught by her.

Maisie is no stranger to TV either, making appearances on QVC, The Good Food Channel, and Create and Craft TV. Surprisingly, she does not make cakes, because all of her work has been published in either books or magazines. Maisie is a sugarcraft artist teaching, demonstrating and writing about her unique modelling skills.
At one point in her career she was asked to create a range for the animation giant Walt Disney in Florida.
